Eric - 7th December 2008

Eric Riviere (born 20th August 1967 died 5th December 2008). We are very, very sad to announce the death of Eric, our wonderful, irreplaceable French chef. He died suddenly after a brain hemorrhage. Eric (chef extraordinaire, lawn mower, keeper of the grass tennis court, barman, receptionist, decorator, handyman, dog walker, car mechanic) had been with us for 11 years. He became part of the family and we will all miss him terribly. We will be holding a Memorial for him here at Fingals in the Spring 2009 (date to be announced).
